        FAQ

Browser & Device Compatibility
Intuitive Dashboards uses three distinct browser-based clients:
- The HTML5 PC client, which utilises technologies native to modern browsers.
 - The Mobile client, which uses native mobile browser technology and is optimised for touchscreen devices.

Note: Intuitive V5.2 onward is fully HTML5 compatible. For Intuitive V5.1 and earlier, a browser supporting third party plug-ins (namely MS Silverlight) will be required.
The HTML5 client is supported by all modern PC browsers, including:
- IE 11
 - Edge
 - Firefox (see ** below)
 - Chrome
 - Safari on OS/X
 - and other webkit-based browsers.

The Mobile client is supported by all mobile device browsers, including:
- Chrome on Android
 - Safari on OS/X
 - Edge on Windows Mobile
 - Blackberry 10 browser
 - and other webkit-based mobile browsers.

** Additionally if you require Firefox to work with Active Directory auto-login using Windows authentication, minor configuration is required.
