FAQ
Columns not aligning properly?
This problem occurs when a range within a spreadsheet which has a blank column(s) or row(s) at the end of the data you are wanting to imported into the in the software.
To check the used range of a spreadsheet:
1. Open up the worksheet that you’re looking at
2. Highlight cell A1
3. Press Ctrl, Shift & End at the same time
Following the above steps shall highlight the columns and rows the dashboard is attempting to read.
To reset the used range:
1. Select the whole of the blank row/column by clicking either on the row number or column header
2. Right click the header or row number & select delete
3. Save the file – the used range is only reset when the file is saved
Having done the above steps you can check the used range again and it should now be correct.
Alternatively, you can copy and paste all data into a new excel spreadsheet. This approach however, depends on the amount of data in the spreadsheet.
