Content block in Internet Explorer?

If you are accessing the Dashboards via a URL (e.g., http://localhost/HTML5 or http(s)://externalURL.domain.com/HTML5) and you are presented with the following content block pop-up in Internet Explorer, please follow the suggested troubleshooting steps.

1 You can add the dashboard URL to the trusted zone and restart the browser afterwards. In Internet Explorer 10 and above, you can check the zone by pressing Alt + F + R keys together on the keyboard when you have the website opened.

Note: If it is desired to configure auto-login using the user’s Windows identity (as described in section 12 of our Installation Guide) then it will be necessary for the user’s browser to see the dashboard URL as an intranet (as opposed to internet or trusted) site.

As it is not advisable to turn off the Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration completely, you can disable just the IE ESC dialog window by unchecking the box next to "Continue to prompt when website content is blocked".
