Exporting dashboards
Simple export works by selecting the dashboard(s) you wish to export, as well as all or some of the components associated with each dashboard. The simple export also selects all the relevant datafeeds and datasets used by the components.
To export one or more dashboards:
1 Log onto the server or laptop hosting the dashboard software and run the Intuitive Dashboards Server Tool.
2 Select Export then Simple from the tab strip.
3 Select Dashboard List to display all of the available dashboards and components.
4 Select the dashboards and components you wish to be included in the export
From here you can select as many dashboards and components as you wish. Alternatively, you can select specific components from within the same dashboard(s) selected. Meaning you don’t have to export all components associated with the dashboard.
5 Select a file name and specify a save location
6 Finally, after working though the simple export process, you shall be presented with a summary page. The summary page displays all the dashboards, components, datasets, datafeeds and connections you have exported.
