Help system button not working?

When using the Intuitive dashboard software, it is possible to access the purposely built on-line help documentation from within the software. The help documentation shall be displayed in it's own window after clicking on the question icon. However, when trying to access the help documentation, it may not 'pop up'. There are some known causes as to why the documentation may not be displaying when the question is clicked.

Known Causes:

1.     No internet connection - in order to display the help documentation you must have an valid internet connection.

  2.   Pop up blocked by Browser - another reason for the help documentation not displaying could be due to the browser you are using is view the documentation may be blocking pop-ups from displaying.
