Print Summary
The print summary dashboard gives an annual summary of all print and copy activity across your print estate.
The master component [1] is in the top left and allows you to easily select a department to filter by.
Drilling down a month on component [2] reveals the devices in use for that month.
Cost Summary
The print summary dashboard gives an annual summary of all costs across your estate including Print, Copy and Scan.
The master component [1] is in the top left and allows you to easily select a department to filter by.
Drilling down on component [2] opens the user dashboard. If a department is selected it carries this filter to the next dashboard
User analysis
The user analysis dashboard collects data for the top 500 users in your organisation. This is calculated on a month by month basis so each month the users may differ.
There are two ways to utilise this dashboard which are outlined on the next two pages.
User analysis – Use Case 1
As a default, the user analysis dashboard can be used to open a profile for each of the top users.
Tip. Clicking on the column headers of a grid will sort by that measure/attribute. Each click reverses the order of sort.
Once the user profile dashboard is open, click on the number of jobs to open a list of everything printed by this user over the last 30 days
User analysis – Use Case 2
Use case 2 for this dashboard is to make the user list a Master.
To do this, first click on the cog wheel of the user list and select make Master.
You can now select any user to see a summary of their usage as reflected by the other components on the dashboard.
Device Analysis
The device analysis dashboard allows you to see a summary of device activity.
Select a device from the Master component [1] to view a summary in the other dashboard components.
If you would then like to see who the top users of that device are, click on a department in the bottom right hand component to open a list of users.
Scan Summary
The scan summary dashboard only shows scan activity, allowing you to view it in isolation from other device activity.
Select a department from the Master component to see which users are scanning the most and which devices they are using.
Cost Savings Dashboard
The cost savings dashboard captures costs that have been avoided by NOT printing.
The dashboard captures all the print jobs that have been cancelled.
The dashboard also compares the original usage cost to the actual usage cost to see if there have been any adjustments
Environmental Dashboard
The environmental dashboard records the environmental impact of printing in your organisation.
This dashboard is commonly shared around the organisation and can also be incorporated into displays.
User Profile Dashboard
The dashboard store the details of all print jobs produced over the last 30 days (as standard)
The user profile dashboard allows you to search for a user and show a list of all print jobs.
Select a user to open their profile. Remember that you can also search for a user by applying a filter
