Introduction

Intuitive for MPS provides web based Monthly MIF (machines-in-field), Volumes, Service and Performance against SLA reporting via interactive dashboards and includes:

Device Volumes and Splits:

• Mono/Colour
• Print/Copy
• Scan/Fax
• Simplex/Duplex

Utilisation % by:

• Individual Device
• Device Type
• Site
• Period

Service KPIs:

• Uptime %
• First Time Fix %
• Fix Type Split %
• Average Response Mins
• Average Restore Mins

Each standard dashboard also provides deep-drill-down into the underlying data down to individual device or service call.

Installation & Implementation

The Intuitive for MPS platform consists of a number of individual elements that need to be installed and integrated together on Windows Server/VM/IIS:

• Dashboard Server (Windows Server/VM/IIS).
• SQL Server.
• Intuitive Dashboard Platform (V6.1 onwards) and Default MPS Dashboards
• Intuitive ETL Service
• Intuitive MPS Data Warehouse (SQL Server DWH)
