Renaming a dashboard

Renaming a dashboard is possible when logged in as either a Dashboard Designer, System Designer or System Administrator. The 'Dashboard Builder' menu item is available only to these types of user. If you want to rename a dashboard but don't currently have permission, please contact your dashboard system administrator.

Note: The Dashboard Title is the name which appears on the toolbar when a dashboard is viewed. The underlying Dashboard Name (filename) of the dashboard can be different and is defined at save time.

To change a dashboard title:

1   Open the dashboard you wish to copy. 

2   Edit the Dashboard Title shown on the left of the toolbar

3   Save the dashboard to make it permanent.

To Rename the dashboard i.e. The actual filename:

1   Open the dashboard you wish to copy.

2   Press the Save sc62 Icon and change the Dashboard Name (filename) here.
