FAQ
Not all the data is displayed in the datafeed?
When viewing the datafeed, only the first 100 rows are displayed in the feed. This is to reduce the amount of data processing required and increase the overall performance of the system. The software has been designed this way to provide the end user with a snapshot of what is included in each column and if there are potential issues with how the data is being passed though into the dashboard.
1 If you have updated the source data behind the dashboards and the datafeed is not refreshing (e.g. after updating the excel spreadsheet), you could refresh the Intuitive Dashboards service, so that the information is cached properly.
2 If you are encountering issues with the datafeed refreshing but the connection is established correctly, make sure there are no misspellings in its source query – e.g., there are no double square brackets, causing the feed to pull data only partially – [[Column1], [column 2], etc.
3 You can also delete the cached feeds from C:\Intuitive_WorkFiles\Feeds and try again after a restart of the service. Make sure to back them up first.
