FAQ
Recommended Software Requirements?
This topic covers the recommend system requirements to run the software on a server.
Recommended Dashboard Server Requirements
Operating System:
- Windows Server 2008 or above
- Dual-Core processor 2GHz or faster
- 8 GB RAM and above
- 100 GB free hard disk space.
- Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 and above
The Microsoft SQL instance is used to store the dashboard definitions, not the data extracts from the source systems. Data can also be extracted from systems running earlier versions of Microsoft SQL Server.
Note: If the C:\ drive on the server (if the drive the software has been installed on) is running low in space, navigate to the Intuitive Logfiles folder and check its size (C:\Intuitive_WorkFiles\Logfiles). You can safely delete the majority of the error log files, leaving only the most recent ones.
Which ones constitute as recent depends on the nature of the error messages themselves. If during the last week, for example, only the same (repetitive) type of error has been logged, you can safely delete the log files and leave just one for future reference, should you need it.
