FAQ
Refreshing data within a dashboard
When a dashboard is loaded, a snapshot of the current datasets residing in memory is taken and displayed. It is possible, during the time you are viewing a dashboard, that the underlying data in memory is refreshed from the source data systems (via the sheduled datafeed).
You can reload dashboard components from the dashboard server’s memory cache, by selecting the Refresh Dashboards menu option.
Note: Refreshing the data in your dashboard will not itself cause new source system information to be loaded into the dashboard server. If you would like to pull new data from the source, first refresh the relevant datafeed.
To refresh dashboards:
1 Click the Menu button, which is displayed on the top right of the screen.
2 Select Refresh Dashboard from the menu, to refresh the current dashboard.
