FAQ
Replacing a component on a dashboard
How to replace a component on an existing dashboard with an alternative
Intuitive Dashboards allow you change the designs of existing dashboards using the ‘edit dashboard’ tool. If you are already viewing the dashboard you wish to edit, select menu and then ‘Edit Dashboard’.
If you do not have the dashboard open already, you can open it in edit mode by selecting ‘Dashboard Builder’ and then ‘Edit Dashboard’.
The dashboards open for editing have a different symbol in the dashboard tab strip as shown. The dashboard tab on the left is for view only, the dashboard tab on the right is for editing.
To remove a component from a dashboard, locate the component on an editable copy of the dashboard and click on the x in the top right hand corner of the component. You should now be left with a blank space on the dashboard.
To add a replacement component. Select on the + in the dashboard toolbar. This will open the component navigator where you can select the component to be added to the dashboard. Further articles on working with components and dashboards are contained within the knowledge base.
