FAQ
Setting home page dashboards for a group
Home page dashboards are automatically displayed on the tab-strip when a user logs into the software. A dashboard published to a group can be marked as a home page. The dashboards that a user sees initially is dependent on the groups to which they are members.
Note: If the dashboard is published to many groups the user will only see one copy of the dashboard when they login even if the dashboard is marked as a home page in each group.
To set home page dashboards:
Applies to v.5.1 onward.
- Navigate to Menu>Admin>Groups
- Select the group you wish to assign a home page for. Click on the Edit icon.
A list of dashboards published to this group will be shown. - Under 'Home Page Dashboards', select the dashboard(s) you wish to assign as a home page.
- Select Save to apply your changes.
- To reverse this process repeat the steps described and uncheck the checkbox next to the dashboard.
