FAQ
Adding a security filter to a dataset. V5.2 and earlier.
The first step in creating a security filter is specifying which column in the dataset will be attached to a user or group attribute. It is important to note that the specified attribute must exactly match the value in the dataset column otherwise no data will be returned to the user.
Security filters can only be added to datasets that have been saved to the system, so if using a newly created dataset please make sure to save the dataset first.
